Our first product in the works is our first generation, Locay Me device, which is a cellphone locator

with a matching remote. This device helps our consumers locate their cell phone device if it’s

either dead, on silent mode or if our consumer just quickly needs to locate their device with a push

of a button. Losing your cellphone a lot of times resulting in being late leaving out the door for

meeting, work or just daily functions. With our device, never be late leaving because you are unable

to locate your cellular device again. This device is compatible with all cellphones. You can even

use this add on to other electronic devices are other objects in general that are important to our

consumer.

Our second generation Locay Me device will focus on not only locating your device in close

proximity to you, but it will focus on being able to locate your device and loved one as well. Most of

us have children or even elderly loved ones in our family. Apple is great, but let’s face it, once the

iPhone or any device of that matter dies, the “Where’s My iPhone” feature is unavailable. Thus, is

where our second generation Locay Me kicks in; it will have a navigation feature that comes with a

monthly subscription service. This device will always be able to assist you in not only finding your

own personal device, but more importantly being able to locate your child, parent or grandparent.

What if your family member breaks down on the side of the road and their phone dies? With our 2nd

generation model, you won’t ever have to worry about this issue again.

So why invest? With a variety of great products in different colors and capabilities along with

monthly subscriptions along with product, our investors will get a good return on their money. We

plan to bring our products to market through not only our online website but with contracts through

big box stores like Target, Walmart, Best Buy and more. Also, we plan on licensing out our product

to cellphone providers.
